- Boil the eggs until fully cooked, about 10 minutes.

- Roll the eggs gently on a table to create fine cracks on the shells.
- Place cracked eggs into a plastic bag.

- Add black food coloring, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove eggs and rinse them with apple cider vinegar to clean the shells.

- Peel eggs carefully and cut in half lengthwise.
- Scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash until smooth.
- Mix in mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and a few drops of green food coloring.

- Pipe or spoon the green yolk mixture back into the egg halves.

- Decorate tops with black sesame and black cumin seeds.

Notes
