Give the strawberries a good wash and pat them dry.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 10-15 second intervals stirring between each until it’s fully melted. Dip each strawberry into the white chocolate, covering most of the fruit.
Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment and allow them to cool until the white chocolate sets.
Melt the red and blue candy melts in separate bowls following the same process as the white chocolate.
Lightly drizzle both colors over the white-coated strawberries in zigzag or swirl patterns. Immediately sprinkle with your chosen decorations before the drizzle hardens.
Let the strawberries rest at room temperature or chill briefly until completely firm.
