Ingredients
  

  • ½ dragon fruit cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup mango juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • Ice

Equipment

  • Glass or tumbler
  • Spoon or straw

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the mango juice.
  3. Add coconut milk and stir lightly.
  4. Drop in dragon fruit pieces.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Great for toddlers since it contains no caffeine. For babies under one, skip coconut milk and use water or a splash of breast milk or formula if introducing fruit flavors. Always consult your pediatrician for infant-safe adjustments.
