In a small saucepan, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and 2 tbsp of water.
Simmer over low heat until the strawberries soften and release their juices (about 3-5 minutes).
Stir in the lemon juice, remove from heat, and strain the mixture to create a smooth strawberry base.
Brew 2 acai berry tea bags in ½ cup boiling water. Let steep, then cool completely.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cooled tea.
Add 3-4 tbsp of the strawberry base.
Drizzle with honey and stir.
Top with fresh strawberry slices and optional sparkling water.
