Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp yuzu juice
  • 2 oz gin
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pour yuzu juice into a mixing glass.
  2. Add gin and simple syrup. Stir gently until combined.
  3. Fill a serving glass with ice.
  4. Pour the yuzu mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with club soda and stir lightly.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

This cocktail contains alcohol and is not suitable for infants or toddlers. For a family-friendly option, turn it into a mocktail by omitting the gin and adding extra soda or tonic water.
